Most purchases can be returned within 30 days of the original date of delivery. No returns will be accepted without notification. You can start a return by emailing customerservice@integritysuppliesdirect.com or calling 661-645.0479.

 Non Returnable Items

Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims, we do NOT accept returns on the following items: custom order furniture, custom printed items and consumable products (food and beverages). These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer’s defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Cancel an Order

Once the order has been processed you can no longer cancel the order and need to reach out to customerservice@integritysuppliesdirect.com to return your items once you receive them.
